Glenn is a down to earth person. We needed to get a vending machine at our local RSL. I gave him a call and had it installed within 24 hours. Robinsons Vendings comes and maintains our machine on a weekly basis too. Thanks!

I visited south Brisbane convention centre and I used one of the vending machine there. I inserted 20$ to get 2 apple juices worth 10$ and it didn’t return my cash. It was showing as a deposit, I thought of using my money and I got 4 bottles of apple juice from the machine. I tried to call Robinsons machine and no one responded and I thought I lost my money. I got a message from the owner after sometime and they were so good. They said they would refund me 20$ even though I took 4 juices out of the machine. I asked them to refund me only 10$ as my initial intention was to pay 10$ for 2 juices. They were very kind and were able to refund me 10$. Excellent customer service and response. I am very pleased with the support they provide. I would definitely recommend them to my fiends and family.😊😊

We have used Robinsons Vending for a few years now in our office and business sites. The vending machines are always stocked and ready to go. Their customer service is exceptional and always prompt. Couldn't recommend Glen and the team high enough!
